Sascha has worked exclusively in insurance law and has considerable expertise and experience of personal injury, including in public liability, work injuries, and CTP. Over this time, she has developed impressive expertise in catastrophic injury claims.
Sascha frequently prepares for, attends, and advocates at informal and pre-trial conferences for CTP personal injury claims involving: physical and psychiatric injury; complex quantum issues; and issues of liability, including several under the provisions of Civil Liability Act and Road Traffic Code 2002 (WA). She has appeared before the Dispute Resolution Directorate in complex psychiatric claims, negotiated settlements at Conciliation Conferences and appeared as Counsel at Arbitrations.
